Teneil Luces joined the Nathan Cummings Foundation in 2015 and serves as our Managing Director, People & Culture. In that role, she has a variety of general personnel responsibilities such as employee records, benefits, training, employment/staffing, employee labor relations, equal employment opportunity procedures and policy administration.
Teneil graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology.
