As our Director of Finance and Accounting, Cortney oversees our finance and accounting functions. Working closely with our accounting team, Cortney provides strategic oversight and encourages collaboration across teams. Cortney’s thought partnership, communication, and leadership skills ensure the integrity and effectiveness of NCF’s financial and accounting systems.

Cortney brings a wealth of experience in financial management within the non-profit sector along with undeniable enthusiasm for her work. In her previous role as the Director of Financial Planning and Analytics, Cortney demonstrated her financial acumen, forward-thinking organizational skills, and ability to foster collaboration and mentorship across teams. She has been instrumental in streamlining financial processes, offering insights to refine accounting practices, and establishing reporting methods that empower informed decision-making.

Cortney received her B.S. in Accounting as well as her MBA from Grand Canyon University.
