Director of Asset Management

Janet is a seasoned philanthropic leader with over 17 years of experience in finance, grants management, and organizational development. Her work has focused on developing effective grantmaking processes, implementing technology systems, and creating infrastructures that align organizational values with intended field outcomes.

As the Director of Asset Management, Janet leads the Nathan Cummings Foundation’s asset management team and is responsible for strategically optimizing the foundation’s diverse asset portfolio. In her role, she oversees the grants lifecycle operations and systems, develops asset management strategies, and drives comprehensive data collection, evaluation, and measurement initiatives.

Janet graduated from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, with a bachelor’s in business administration and majored in public accounting.
